1934 light is the same 1934 scenario but without some events (random events,
nationals days,...) for a fast game. The historic events don't change,are the
same in the 2 scenarios
也就是说1934 light这剧本少了随机事件、nationals days(这啥!?)，跑的会比较快而已
，历史事件两个是一样的。

其实第四个剧本是最变态的 ....
