回答一下今天同学问的问题
1.在3.7节提到
w 就是 congestion window - 限制TCP最多可以传送多少尚未收到ACK的data
W 是指当loss event 发生时，congestion window 是多少
MSS 是说在application layer中，一次可以传多大的data，他可以从MTU
计算得知
所以以现今的方式一开始 w 都会设定成一个MSS，随着RTT增加倍数的MSS
2.课本中有提到
average congestion window = 83333
= 10Gbps * 100 ms / 8bits / 1500 bytes
