节录自 hw2.pdf：
In request message
Connection: close
Means non-persistent connection
Connection: Keep-Alive
Means persistent connection
Server should keep the connection alive a default time(10s) and send
back the Keep-Alive header
Ex. Keep-Alive: timeout=10, max=100

请问要考虑 Keep-Alive: 出现在 request message 里的情况吗？还是只要 request
message 有 Connection: Keep-Alive 出现时， server 自行使用预设值
Keep-Alive: timeout=10, max=100 运作并在 response message 里送回这个 header
line 就好？
