HTTP/1.0 uses nonpersistent HTTP
slide page 7.
In request message
* Connection: close
* Means non-persistent connection
* Connection: Keep-Alive
* Means persistent connection
* Server should keep the connection alive a default
time(10s) and send back the Keep-Alive header
* Ex. Keep-Alive: timeout=10, max=100
那HTTP/1.0但connection state: keep-alive的话
到底是要persistent还是nonpersistent?
会有这样的疑问是因为wget的header

其实要不要做难度上都一样，只是想要有一个明确的准则
我目前是只根据connection state判断
