有没有哪位强者知道
point of Lactate threshold
和 point of OBLA到底是不是同一点ㄚ???
好困惑喔
因为在pdf档那份讲义上第5页 中间左边那张图上
可以发现
point of ventilatory threshold=point of Lactate threshold
但 point of OBLA是另一个点
可是再看到左下那张图
point of OBLA又好像就是point of Lactate threshold耶?!
有没有人知道呢
