"There a re three of us (Phoenix, Milwaukee and Memphis) with interim coaches in place, and we want to be able to hit the ground running. We don't want to have to wa it until the end of the regular season for candidates who aren't with teams no w. At the end of the regular season, we'll be able to talk with coaches on non -playoff teams and we'll need to work with playoff teams on what their approac h will be on contacting (assistant) coaches still in the postseason 这将会是一个充满竞争的市场，有三个球队(太阳 灰熊 公鹿)都是使用代理教练，我们希 望可以快马加鞭的展开，我们不想要等到赛季结束後才跟那些现在没有跟随球队(没工作) 的人面试，在球季结束後，我们可以与那些没进入季後赛的球队的教练洽谈而且我们也会 试着在季後联系那些季後赛队伍的助教 Len谈与太阳队的未来 “I’m looking forward to this offseason,” Len said. “I think it’s going to be exciting.
