Nash makes Wheaties box
Nash成为谷片盒的成员
Phoenix Suns point guard Steve Nash, the National Basketball Association's
defending Most Valuable Player, now has his own Wheaties box.
凤凰城太阳队的控球後卫Steve Nash，NBA的MVP现在将有他的麦片盒子。
Unveiled Tuesday at US Airways Center, the new Wheaties box is the first to
feature a Suns player.
星期二在US Airways Center公开发表这个消息，这个新的麦片盒子第一次以太阳队
的球员为主角。
Nash is averaging more than 19 points per game and leading the league with
more than 10 assists per game. A first-round draft choice by the Suns in
1996, he was traded to the Dallas Mavericks. Nash returned to Phoenix last
year as a free agent and led the team to a Pacific Division championship and
the Western Conference Finals before losing to the eventual NBA champions,
the San Antonio Spurs.
Nash的每场平均得分超过19分而且每场超过10次的助攻更是冠居全NBA联盟。在1996年
第一轮选秀被太阳队选中，然後被交换到达拉斯小牛队。去年Nash以自由球员重回到凤凰
城并带领太阳队赢得太平洋分区冠军进入西区决赛，但输给了NBA总冠军圣安东尼奥马刺。
This season the Suns have repeated as Pacific Division champions. The
playoffs begin this weekend.
这个球季太阳再度夺得太平洋分区冠军。季後赛将在这个周末开始。
"Steve Nash provides a great source of inspiration for anyone who is reaching
for their dream," said Eric Treschuk, Wheaties marketing manager. "No one
works harder or plays the game more unselfishly, but his dedication and
perseverance truly set him apart. Wheaties is thrilled to welcome him into
the family."

对比赛那麽认真且无私，但他的奉献和坚忍不拔使他与众不同。Wheaties很兴奋的欢迎他

"Appearing on the Wheaties box is a great honor for me," Nash said. "The list
of basketball greats who have been on the box through the years is legendary,
with guys like Jordan, Bird, West and Cousy. I'm honored to be included among
that group."
Nash说:出现在Wheaties box 对我来说是个很大的荣誉，像Jordan, Bird, West和
Cousy过去出现在Wheaties box上的篮球选手都十分优秀，我很荣幸能够与他们相提并论。
