我在尝试安装PHP时遇到这个问题，请问该如何解决呢？

php-5.2.11-win32
我知道有点旧，但是因为因素我必须使用这个版本

安装 php 时会出现这个讯息：

The error code is 2738
已爬文，不知有谁可以帮帮我呢？
