标题问 Zend Framework 里 Zend_Controller 的用法

我想透过 Zend_Controller 做这样的功能：
http://host/ -> IndexController 的 indexAction
http://host/test -> IndexController 的 testAction
不过我写了老半天发现还是不行，上来问看看有没有在用 Zend Framework
的人可以请教。
我先把 1.0.3 的 tarball 解开：
$ ls -al
drwxr-xr-x 5 root www 4096 Feb 21 12:21 ./
drwxr-xr-x 4 root www 4096 Feb 20 03:10 ../
drwxrwxr-x 5 root www 4096 Nov 29 06:03 ZendFramework-1.0.3/
然後开始写 index.php：

然後开 controllers 的目录写 IndexController.php：

最後设定 .htaccess，把所有东西都丢给 index.php：

在
http://host/ 总是会出现 [[[error]]]，我想问看看有没有漏掉什麽？
