标题[请益] 有关 iconv 的问题....

最近正在使用 jpgraph 这个 library。
可是无法显示中文....
他给我的 error message 是....

JpGraph Error
Usage of FF_CHINESE (FF_BIG5) font family requires that your
PHP setup has the iconv() function. By default this is not compiled into PHP
(needs the "--width-iconv" when configured).

我有问过 google
得到的解答大概是
1.再 php.ini 中把
;extension=php_iconv.dll
前面的 ; 删掉
2.把 php_iconv.dll
复制进 C:/window/system32 里面
我已经这样做了，
可是似乎没有用....
请问....我应该怎麽做呢？
