标题PHP5的SOAP

想请问一下
Apache Web Server Version 2.0.55
PHP Script Language Version 5.1.1
MySQL Database Version 5.0.16
phpMyAdmin Database Manager Version 2.6.4-pl4
在上述的环境下
而且我有设定ini档里面的extension = php_soap.dll
可是下面这些code却没有办法执行
想要测试SOAP的功能
下面依序是三个档案
