标题[请益] 请问一个 Apache error.log 中的错误讯息

以下是我的 Apache 的 error.log 中的错误讯息：
File 'c:\mysql\share\charsets\?.conf' not found (Errcode: 2)
Character set '#33' is not a compiled character set and is not specified
in the 'c:\mysql\share\charsets\Index' file
这个错误一直不断重复出现，几乎占了 error.log 的全部内容，
请问该怎麽解决呢？
跟我 MySQL 资料库在 my.ini 的以下两行设定有关吗？
default-character-set = utf8
default-collation = utf8_general_ci
还是缺少哪些档案呢？
