举个例
"一"这个字
大五码是 A4 40
UTF-8是 E4 B8 80
那如果A网页存"一"这个字是用A4 40存 当然用big5正常 utf-8乱码
如果B网页存"一"这个字是用E4 B8 80存 当然用utf-8正常 big5乱码
这样了解了吗?
