标题[请益] 如何汇入MySQL的资料？

先简述一下我的情形，
目前把网站架设在公共空间，
所以在我的电脑上并没有安装PHP + MySQL
然而从朋友处得到旧网站的备份资料
副档名.sql约一百多MB
请问有什麽软体能让我将此备份资料汇入，
并依内容表单而分别汇出呢？
