标题[问题] pcman.openfoundry.org 连不上？

昨天硬碟挂掉
所以今天买了颗新的来重灌
但是要灌pcman时，却发现 pcman.openfoundry.org 连不上
所以现在是用 telnet 在上bbs...
我想请教一下，是只有我连不上，还是网站真的挂了？
