标题[ＢＴ] Azure 的Ubuntu 装 rtorrent + rutorrent

有人用过 Azure 装 Ubuntu 後再安装 rutorrent 和 rtorrent 吗 ?
最近有一个测试帐号想拿来试试
装完 Ubuntu 後, 要安装 rutorrent 和 rtorrent 碰到许多权限问题
看起来装好了,不过网页一直连接不上
连接至远端 ssh account@IP
我用的登入网页是 http:// IP/account/rutorrent
不知是不是网址有错或是权限没开好 ?
