但为什麽uT的官方FAQ建议上传小於100KB/s时关闭比较好？
Turn off read caching when the upload speed is low will turn off read caching
when the upload speed is <100 KB/s, where
the read cache is more likely to do
harm than good.
其实就算把上传cache关掉，还是有windows读取快取在底下垫着，
也就是最後一个选项不关的话。
