Your ID is one of two things, either a number that is the result of your IP through a mathamatical equation (this number should be in the millions) This type of ID is a High ID a number given to you by the server that you have connected to so that it can identify you, and contact you to instruct you to connect to other clients so they can send you files. (This is present when you are behind a firewall or the server is otherwise having problems opening new communications with you. Recognizeable by a LOW ID (less than a million). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------- High ID: An ID# above one million, IDs are shown by clicking on the yellow question mark on the upper right side of the screen, a HIGH ID shows that the client has unrestricted communications. Low ID: An ID# Under one million, IDs are shown by clicking on the yellow question mark on the upper right side of the screen. A LOW ID shows that the client is experiencing issues with incoming connections. Help for low ID users -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------- ================================================================================ ========== 个人解术 eDonkey2000 60,61：点下eDonkey上方的？(Banner的右方)就能查看自己的ID Hybrid eDonkey2000：在指令栏键入“g”，ENTER，查看ClientID一栏。 eMule：“伺服器→纪录”，ClientID就是了。 数值达16777217或以上的就称为High，反之以下的就是Low了 只要阁下连接server时完全正常的话就能取得High ID，不然就是Low ID (High ID的算法 请看 注1 ) 在这里再次替Low ID澄清一下： 1) ID高低跟下载上传没有直接关系 2) Low ID也可以上传文或下载文件 请先别高兴，既然软体作者刻意把ID分成高低，这就意味着Low ID跟High ID有一定的差 距： 1) Low ID与Low ID之间是无法进行传输，不过High ID与Low ID之间仍能正常进行交流 例：server上现有H1(High ID)，L1(Low ID)，L2(Low ID)三个使用者，三人同是交流 同一个档案 之下是三人可能的传输状态 H1→L1 正常 H1→L2 正常 L1→H1 正常 L2→H1 正常 L1→L2 错误 2) 基於上面的原因，Low ID使用者能取得的来源档有可能会比较少，间接影响传输速度 例：某使用者(下传者)正打算下载xyz.avi，共一百个来源档，以下是共享来源档的使用 者(上传者)的状态 High ID - 20个 Low ID - 80个 如该下传者是High ID的话，他将能全数从100个上传者取得档案 如该下传者是Low ID的话，基於Low ID与Low ID之间无法传输的道理，有效的来源档就 只剩20个，也就是说下载者只能从20个上传者取得档案。 解决办法： 1) 改port 在ed的右下方键入 port ???? 例：port 9876 , port 8765 , port 7654 OR 在em的 设置/连线/客户端连接埠 键入你喜欢的数字 (1-65535) 其余的请看 注2 2) 检查一下自机的网络连线 3) 检查一下防火墙(Firewall)的设置 4) 重设 Router 以及 Gateways 5) 重设 Proxy 6) server本身出了问题，改天再来 7) 放弃。这不是说笑的。某部份使用者是注定要Low ID，原因有好多，例如网络制式 (请安息吧~) 注1：ID研究贴 http://popgo.net/bbs/showthread.php?s=&threadid=20339 注2：port建议设置为80或者2000以上 还有某部份的port可能已被其他程式占用了，有需要的话可以多试几个，这里提供一 个可用埠的测试页 http://www.thedonkeynetwork.com/connection_test --
