公司在东京都千代田区

自社徵才，非仲介。
公司从事出口贸易
薪资面议
工作内容：
帮公司徵求人才与负责联络/面试管理
帮助新人办理入社手续(劳务关系、社保与雇用契约等等)
公司是出口贸易相关的公司， 也有自己的网路通路和海外分社。
这次的HR职缺会是对海外分真社相关的职位，还有工程师的缺的招募。
上工时间可以再详谈。
条件：
1. 年龄40岁以下为佳，男女不拘，有人事相关工作经验尤佳（薪酬，招募，训练，绩效
管理等全方面经验）。无接验者会依综合条件斟酌判断。
2. 中英文需精通(听说读写)，托益（TOEIC）要求700分以上或是实用英语技能检定准1级
，日文程度不要求。
3. 乐观积极, 处事细心，善於沟通, 愿意协助业务单位稳定人力与成长。
4. 基本的电脑操作（Word, Excel and PowerPoint）

Job Highlights
Provide support on HR & Administration.
Proactive, initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
Support HR Operations tasks including staff movement process, insurance enroll
ment, staff inquiries and benefits administration.
Requirements:
1. Male or Female age between 20 - 40 years old.
A Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management or relevant discipl
ines.
Relevant experience in human resources management or related fields is an adva
ntage.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chin
ese.
Good command in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing) *TOEIC 700 up or equi
valent/STEP Eiken Grade Pre-1
Good command in Japanese is not required.
3. Be proactive and ready to meet challenges.
Strong in leadership and negotiation skills.
Detail-minded and good communication skill.
4. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
