Supervise Assistant Supervisors and technicians to ensure that the day-to-d ay work of the section is completed. 2. Lead a team toward the maintenance and improvement of manufacturing systems . 3. Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications by desi gning and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials. 4. Troubleshoot automated processes or equipment when errors occur. 5. Develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for bu ilding and assembling electrical components. 6. Provide support for higher members of management. 7. Maintain documentation on production according to ISO 9001:2000 requirement s. 8. Follow and maintain GMP guidelines in areas where they are established. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering 2. Familiarity with Electronic Power Systems, Robotic Control Systems and PLC 3. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills 4. AutoCAD experience is preferred 5. Demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills 6. Proficient in English and Mandarin 7.
