Gathering data and coordinating with sales and production teams for issuing invoices to customers. Maintaining daily accounts receivable. Processing accounts payable vendor invoices for weekly payment and responding to payment inquiries. Reviewing invoices and backups for internal and external auditing purposes. Filing and maintaining physical accounting records. Coordinating with payroll by performing data entry of time sheets to ensure accuracy in human resource management. Collaborating with repair team on customer billing and communicating with customers throughout the billing process. Preparing payments by accruing expenses. Assisting monthly book closing and reconciling accounts.
