我律师之前给我的通知说的:
"....However, USCIS announced that due to the large volume of H-1B Cap Petitions
that they expect to receive during the filing period from April 1, 2015 to
April 7, 2015, they are planning to delay the usual 15 day timeline for
Premium Processing cases and, instead, the 15 day Premium Processing timeline
will begin by May 11, 2015. This means that we may not receive a response
from USCIS regarding the H-1B Cap Petition until just after Memorial Day
(around May 26, 2015)."
主要是今年申请量比较多 抽签已完成但文件 process (发中签通知或退件) 都还要时间
可能不会拖到五月底但是晚一点应该是可预期的
