To be the centre of competence in supporting multi-functional devices, de-centralized printers, selected centralized printers and software. 4. 职责 Respond to customer technical issues in a timely manner via telephone, e-mail and other appropriate means. Use and develop problem-solving techniques to resolve customer issues (including reproducing problems and simulating the customers computer and network environment). Maintaining ownership for a customer issue until a reasonable conclusion is reached and or escalation is required. Acquiring and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of industry standards that are relevant to the latest Fuji Xerox Solutions. Contribute to the maintenance and development of common computer laboratories. 5. 个人特质 Ability to interact effectively in a team environment, demonstrating excellent organizational, planning, analytical and time management skills.
