标题[问题] paid per calender month是甚麽意思

大家好 下礼拜原po要去做trainee
对於英文合约里面的薪水部份有点小疑问
........ paid a fixed salary per calendar month payable monthly in arrears...
..The salary should accrue day to day in respect to each day of the month.
我有google过了还是不太懂
甚麽是per calendar month??
所以原po在8/20开始工作的话 第一份薪水是在甚麽时候下来? 9/20?

2F：推 cajack: 日薪, 发薪日请洽顾主,一般应是每月固定某一天 08/18 00:41
