有监於越来越多的人想到中国工作；同时门实际上也越来越窄
所以有个简单的构想就是在每年的过年时以一个的 conference 形式让
WICer 以及想到中国工作的人有个定期交流信息的平台
让信息可以较为组织化、明朗化
例如
1. WICer 想回台湾工作，台湾公司可以过来猎头(?)
2. 台湾的人想去中国工作，WICer 可以替公司找个靠谱(?)的人
3. 每年可以有最新的台湾与中国不同领域的专业心得分享
4. Speaker 可以藉此打点知名度
5. .....etc 其他等真的有这个东西再看 Lol
conference 目前想以议题的方式进行
所以需要排议题跟讲者，任何议题都欢迎 也欢迎各方英雄加入
