标题[北美] 股票报税

公司去年给了些股票
我记得那时公司有问 税是不是要预扣 我选择了是
後来领到股票後 存进去stocktrad 年底前就卖掉了
这样这笔卖掉後的收入 是不是就不用另外再报capital gain了??
我查看了W2及1099-B
但还是不太清楚.....
只看到是被归类为 undertermined term gains and losses-cost basis is not
reported to the IRS.
