标题[问题]请问这样算被录取了吗?

距离我第一次跟HR phone interview已经一个多月
前几天跟HR做最後一次follow up
本来对这家的结果不报什麽希望
因为自认为跟hiring manager的大老板谈的不是很顺利 应该没什麽希望
结果HR隔天这样回覆我:
So you know, we are just getting the final sign-off on your offer. I really
hope to have official details to share with you by end-of-day today or first
thing tomorrow at the latest.
We really hope you’ll be pleased with what we’re putting together.
请问这样是有Offer的意思吗? 当时看到还满意外跟开心的
不过现在距离这封信又已经隔了五天
我又开始担心了....请问是我解读有误吗?
