So developers here have a career track with real wealth creation upside when they stay on the tech team, though for people with trading strategy ideas and free time, there are no barriers to testing things out and trying to develop your own strategies. What I need are C++ / Linux developers to help us with infrastructure, algos, and systems development. Ideally we want people with the well-roundedness to contribute to all three of those areas, even if certain tasks require a learning curve.
