标题[北美] 请问绿卡申请过程

请问板上的过来人,
毕业後开始工作2个月, 目前身份为H1-B, Offer letter上写明 "after approximately
one year of service and continued acceptable performance, the Company will
consider full Green Card support and sponsorship."
对於公司的营运其实不清楚, 爬文看了前人回应, 绿卡的申请是基於找美国公司
需要的人.
请问,
一但公司提出申请後, 除了不能换公司外, 或者公司掰掰了, 绿卡申请是不是也没有了?
