标题[请益] 人在美国 关於EAD card的疑问

我先生被公司外派到美国
我以眷属身份 跟他同样拿E-1签证过来
刚刚线上填完I-765了
最後有跑出pdf档 里面有receipt number
不过问题来了
(有打过电话去USCIS 但他们的语音服务一直没接收到我按的键 导致我一直被挂电话)
1.我用该number去查询申请状态 查无资料
是因为我在申请画面的最後IE当掉强迫重开机 所以有其他步骤没做到吗?
还是我必须要把其他证明文件寄出才算申请开始呢?
2.我必须要证明我是E-1主申请人的配偶
不过我手边只有我先生英文户籍誊本的"影本"
这对USCIS来说会是有效的证明吗?
3.跑出来的PDF档有四页
前两页长一样 都是confirmation reseipt 三四页是填完的申请表
我原本以为这四页连同我的证明文件和照片一起寄出
但後来发现他PDF档里有一段话如下 表示我只要寄出PDF中的第一页就好了吗??

supporting documentation that you are submitting.
DO keep the extra copy of the Confirmation Receipt and the copy of the
application for your records.
DO NOT send a copy of your e-filed application with your supporting documentation.
DO NOT mail photos or copies of identification unless requested to do so by USCIS.
