这本来就很正常
H1 transfer就是一个正常的H1申请，只要有名额，就能申请
没有任何不寻常之处

重点就是你申请的时候「有没有名额」
没名额的话就必须等到下次有名额的时候 (每年4月可以申请该年度10月开始的新名额)
今年名额尚未用完 (去年是12月时用完)。还没用完前就可以尽情的使用
用完之後就只好等等等等等到有名额後(次年10月)才能考虑换工作的事
