标题[北美] 报税方面有关Vehicle License Fee deduction的问题

今年第一次报税, 各种forms大概都填好了, 可是还是有一个关於VLF(Vehicle License
Fee) deduction的小问题. 我查了一些网站包括ftb.ca.gov都说的确这个VLF是
deductible的, 而且在1040 Schedule A的instruction里有说这个VLF deduction可
以放在1040 ScheduleA Itemized Deduction的personal property tax里. 可是我还在用
OPT, 在我用的1040NR的Schedule A Itemized Deduction里并没有personal property
tax这个line. 请问一下难道这就代表用1040NR的人无法deduct这个Vehicle License
Fee了吗?
