对不起，我是个准备进入社会的新鲜人
对於在美国未上市的公司，stock option shares是怎麽样运作的方式?
有一段我不太了解，
To exercise price for the option will equal the fair market value of the
Common Stock as determined by the Board of Directors on the date of grant.
(2004 Stock Otion Plan)
不知道是否可以举个例子说明?
假如有 15,000 的 stock option shares
当公司上市之後，该是怎麽样的认购?
