已经找工作好长一段时间了 都没什麽好结果 最近刚好有一个recruiter联络上我 我觉得她人还挺好的 会跟我讲一些面试的技巧跟方法 我被电面时问到的一些奇怪问题 问她 她也都会跟我解释 interviewer想要知道的答案是什麽 最近要进入onsite阶段 她又很贴心的寄了一封interview tips 的email 虽然内容我觉得都是很基本的知识, 但是不po白不po 就决定来po在版上跟大家分享罗! 希望还是对大家会有点帮助 Some interview tips that may help you: 1. Dress professionally - wear a suit, if you have one 2. Please give yourself plenty of time to get there, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area 3. Bring a couple extra copies of your resume - make sure there are no spelling errors 4. Review your resume and be able to speak about how your past work experience relates to the position you are interviewing for. Anything on your resume is fair game so be able to speak about all your past technical skills/positions/and companies. 5. Review the company’s website and get a basic understanding of their technology and products. 6. DO NOT speak negatively about your past employers or positions - it will produce “red flags” for the hiring manager. 7. If you are interested in the position you are interviewing for, you should tell the hiring manager directly. 8.
