在学校的网站上看到的资讯是 如果是跟课程相关的似乎没有时间的限制 "Employment which is part of your degree program. If you are a graduate student maintaining lawful F-1 student status, and if the proposed employment is a required part of your studies, you may apply for permission to engage in curricular practical training at any time." 其他情况则有时间的限制 "Employment which is not a required part of your degree program. In order to be eligible to apply for permission to work which is not required part of your study program, you must have completed nine months of full-time study in order to be eligible for any time of curricular practical training." 网站上也有提供资讯说到CPT Summer可以工作40小时，如果H-1能够在十月生效的话， 到时可以改用H-1而不是CPT了... 请问薪水的限制是指? 如果工作40小时不能就拿每个月的月薪吗? 希望有前辈可以指导说明，或版上的朋友们一起讨论。 我花了不少时间在找资料，但是没有一个前例可是让我充份了解这个状况。 简单说我也只不过是希望能有个方法在H-1 Gap那段时间工作。 (我的OPT六月中到期，不希望那三个月半成为有可能被解雇的因素。) 谢谢各位 -------------------- 得拿到学校研究所的入学许可再说... --
