Orlando was actually pretty good last season, finishing in the middle
of the pack in defensive efficiency. They could still use a rim protector in
the paint but have a collection of athletic players at almost every position.

Summary
There is rebuilding, and then there is leveling the entire structure and
starting from scratch. And while some teams, such as the Sixers, have seemed
to be more inclined to the latter, the Magic are now reaching a point of
critical mass, where all the assets need to stop translating into promise and
instead transform into wins.

GM Rob Hennigan and Vaughn are starting their third season in Orlando, and
while Orlando may not be quite magical yet, it has some nice building blocks
in place. Nikola Vucevic should start in the NBA for the next decade, and
Victor Oladipo was one of the NBA's best rookies last season. Gordon and
Payton are both solid prospects. But for a team that won 23 games last
season, playing in one of the most competitive divisions in the NBA, none of
the moves made this summer seem designed to make a massive immediate impact.

也许魔术还不很会变魔术，但有很棒的重建架构
如Nikola Vucevic以及Victor Oladipo.
新选进来的Gordon跟Payton也具有潜力
但对於一只上季只赢了23场，以及身处在最竞争的分区中(有热火、老鹰、巫师、黄蜂)
加上夏季没有什麽特别的交易
很难有立即性的影响力
