CHICAGO — Jameer Nelson’s right-knee injury doesn’t seem serious.
That’s what Nelson said after he played only 7 minutes, 34 minutes as the
Orlando Magic lost 99-90 to the Chicago Bulls on Friday night.
Nelson even didn’t rule out playing in Sunday’s game against the Cleveland
Cavaliers
Stan Van Gundy said after the game that Nelson actually aggravated his thigh
when he was hit there once again Friday.
But Nelson told reporters that the knee itself is what’s hurt.
“Some type of tendinitis or a strain or whatever it is, it hasn’t been
diagnosed as anything right now,” Nelson said. “But it’s really tender in
the spot that hurts. But it’s nothing. I don’t think I should have to worry
about it. I’ll have treatment and see how it feels.”
Nelson has missed five of his team’s previous 46 games — two of them
because of a left-ankle sprain and three of them because a stomach virus.
Nelson discusses his knee in the video below. About 30 seconds in, Nelson
cracks up because a teammate on the other side of the locker room made a face
at him. You’d have to think Nelson wouldn’t be laughing if his injury was
severe.
尼神的伤看起来没有很严重，但对骑士不一定会上。
不会上的话Arenas好好表现吧，速度有回来 命中率再提高点吧。
