He is averaging just 3.7 : points a game in 8.3 minutes a game this season. : Maurice Evans, Keith Bogans and Keyon Dooling have taken turns starting at : shooting guard, and because they are better defenders and rebounders, Redick : has struggled to get little if any playing time for long stretches. : Redick said recently he has met twice with Magic coach Stan Van Gundy to air : his frustrations about his lack of playing time. And Redick's powerful : representative, Arn Tellem, also has discussed the possibility of a trade : that could free up some playing time. : But Smith said because he knows Redick is a competent player merely in a : tough situation, he has no plans to move him before the Feb. 21 NBA trade : deadline. Redick的能耐绝对不是一个 每场3.7分平均每场上场时间8.3分的普通球员 但是他能发挥的地方在哪里? 以三分球来说好了，魔术队上命中率最高的人是Brian Cook，命中率41.2% 不过目前看资料是14/34，可能还不是说够稳定拿来当参考 第二准的人叫Rashard Lewis，命中率有38.4%，数据是123/320 第三准的人叫Hedo Turkoglu，命中率有37.1%，数据是95/256 第四是Keith Bogans，命中率36.6%，数据是94/257 第五名才是JJ，36.4%，8/22 当时魔术队选上JJ是为了要弥补得分後卫这个点的不足，以及三分球的劣势 所以在去年队上没有一个强而有力的三分得分点时 JJ还有平均每场上场14.8分钟，拿下六分的成绩 但今年不同了 如果放JJ在场上三十分钟，JJ的命中率有可能可以超过四成 有可能平均得分能够来到十五分或是更高，但是 那又如何呢? Lewis跟Hedo的吸引包夹的能力，JJ能作到吗? Lewis跟Hedo的篮板数据，JJ能一并复制或是更好吗？ 更不用说DH12、Lewis跟Hedo一起放在场上 那份让对手不知道守谁放谁产生混乱的威胁感了 Bogans虽然最近看他打球觉得他有一种越来越力不从心的感觉 但至少他的身材没有JJ单薄，防守上有一定的贡献 更何况还可以打到小前锋，算能够活用的一步棋 JJ能吗? 我很喜欢JJ，应该说自从Grant Hill的出现之後，我对Duke毕业的都有好感 但是在团队过於凸显的Duke体系下，球员的功能性过於狭隘与局限 所以才会有那种"Duke射手，NBA无用"的话出现 没有人怀疑JJ在空档的命中率，但是 在没有人过来帮忙作挡人让JJ有一丝缝隙时，JJ在有人防守之下的准头如何? 更甚者在有人过来作挡人的掩护制造一丝空档给JJ JJ是有把握这种机会吗？ 我想答案是否定的，虽然我没有看过全部JJ上场得分的场合 但至少就我记忆所及，JJ离一个伟大的射手还有一段长的距离 不过我这边伟大的射手对照组是Ray-Gun，我想这样的比较也是失之偏颇 只是目前看起来一个不擅切入出手不快身材偏矮助攻也不多只会偶而放冷箭的JJ 被冰不意外 如果魔术队的控卫在切入之後能分球给在外围埋伏的JJ 这样的攻击方式未尝不是一个不好让JJ发挥的战术 但是外围的人有Hedo, Lewis, Bogans等等，为何一定要给JJ? 何况魔术队的控卫在切入之後的分球处理也不太理想= = 选JJ的时候没有人会想到下一季会来Lewis 也没有人想到这季火枪兵的表现会令人惊艳 更何况现在还有Evans，这人的三分球命中率也是高於35%的角色 所以我不知道JJ现在在魔术队还有哪里是可以给他发挥的空间 我虽然很喜欢他但真的是没有 况且与其让他上场垃圾时间 真的不如就让他去可以发挥的地方，像是太阳这种跑轰的球队 或是马刺这种在外围导传需要三分球的队伍，之类的 应该对魔术对他都好，至少我是这样想 这边我变更了在2851篇的看法了 --
