In his words, Howard is just a Kevin Garnett-Tim Duncan mixture who's about to be the greatest player ever. He shouldn't have said so little. Why couldn't he foresee himself turning water to wine, or eliminating I-4 traffic, or building the Magic a new arena dunk by dunk? "I want to be the greatest player ever at the end of my career," Howard said, a sentence he first uttered to Weisbrod. Maybe this time, the Magic can keep a star around longer than four years.
