标题[问题] excel资料排序问题

想请教各位如何快速比对2个月份的资料，需要逐笔对齐，资料内容大概像

黄线上方是原始资料，下方是要整理成的样子，以发票号码对齐。
资料大概都是数千笔，请问有没有什麽函数能快速比对完。
