The 'Wonderwall' singer is set to splash out ￡4 million on the property in Dorset, in the South West of England, which is based upon the fictional Tracy Island featured in the cult puppet series. The luxury pad - named 'Thunderbird' - has been described as "a modern architectural masterpiece" and is located in an area dubbed 'Millionaire's Row', which was designed by award-winning architectural firm Seven Developments. The home has seven bathrooms, five bedrooms, an outdoor pool, a cinema and a gym. Neighbouring houses include a property named 'Moonraker', which has been short-listed as a possible location for the next James Bond film. Liam's neighbours will include England football player Sol Campbell and 'Notting Hill' actor Hugh Grant. The rocker will move into the property with his fiancée, All Saints singer Nicole Appleton, and their four-year-old son Gene. One resident told Britain's Daily Express newspaper: "I can see why Liam would want to buy here.
