The band were joined by pal Noel Gallagher on guitar for 'Club Foot' and 'The Doberman'. The set proved a special one for the Leicester band as they tore through highlights from their two albums, 2004's eponymous debut and recent chart-topper 'Empire'. Crowd favourites included stomping glam opener 'Shoot The Runner', the epic 'By My Side' and set closer 'L.S.F.'. They also played new Serge Pizzorno-fronted album track 'British Legion' for the first time ever live. Speaking afterwards to NME.COM frontman Tom Meighan said: "It's a really great little venue, I'm really buzzing. It's an honour to play the party." He added that getting the Oasis leader to play with them had being a real highlight: "He just came down, we did a run through at soundcheck and he's got it all straightaway. It's strange to think he's playing with us, but he's a friend of ours now, so it all felt so natural." Gallagher was just happy to praise the band, simply asking NME.COM, "How good was that?"
