Early indications suggest that Oasis have taken a leaf out of the Stroke's book, with the video simply based around them playing live - just like in the video for Last Nite. 这张超有“化学作用”的照片是 NME 的天才摄影师 Pennie Smoth 在上礼拜伦敦现场 所捕捉到的，据说这支音乐录影带是从 The Stokes 的 "Last Nite" MTV 所得来的 灵感哦。 Pennie, the legendary rock photographer who was recently awarded a Godlike Genius NME Carling Award for her services to the paper was there to catch the lads in an uncharectaristically jocular mood during one of their breaks from filming. They are "Just Getting Older" and "Idlers Dream", which like the lead track were also written by Noel Gallagher. It's the first Oasis single for 18 months. NME 也再度证实之前所传出的 b-side 曲目 "Just Getting Older" 和 "Idlers Dream" 这两首都是由 Noel 创作的歌曲。而 The Hindu Times 也是距离 Oasis 上一张单曲 Sunday Morning Call 十八个月以来发行的第一个新作。 It has also been announced that, for the first time ever, the band will release the single on a DVD which will also feature the first part of a candid three part documentary about Oasis shot during the Brotherly Love tour. 这次另一个创举当然就是 DVD 格式单曲的发行，为此特别收录独家 Oasis 於去年和 Black Crowes 巡回全美「兄弟之爱」演唱会的路途中 tour 巴士上的生活纪实。 Describing the documentary as "no holds barred", a spokesperson for the band said "there's never really been anything like this about Oasis before. You'll see them on the tourbus, everything. I've never seen anything like this on them before." 强调“零距离无保留”的巡回纪实，是发言人口中“大家从未见识过的 Oasis”。 The Hindu Times is the first of ten tracks on the band's forthcoming studio album, due for release in the summer. The album, as yet untitled was recored at Wheeler End studios in London and produced by Oasis themselves.
