What's "Better Man" like? + Album news! February 14 - posted by Oscar We've had no info on new releases for a while so I thought I'd put together an update about what to expect. Hope you like it! ;) Our well-known newsposter Andy (xander) met Oasis today. Noel then said that the new single will be "Hindu Times" and that the album will be released on July 1st. Noel shouted this to fans and others waiting to see him and Liam. We wanted to know more about the new-album track "Better Man" that was played live for the first time at the gig, so we asked him a couple of questions. 特派员 Fritz 前几天特地到了德国柏林去参加 Oasis 为当地演出的一场电视演唱会， 很幸运的率先听过了发表的另外两首新曲： "Force of Nature"(去年就已经在 www.oa515.com 曾经可以下载了) "Better Man"(Liam 的全新创作，出乎意料的发表...) The song "Better Man" was introduced with Noel saying "It took Liam 30 years to write a good song, here it is". It is a fast, hard and a bit dully song. Not very "Oasis" actually, but indeed good! The crowd seemed to love it. It has a sort of "new" sound. There are no solos in the song. It's got a nice and easy melody, it is perfect for Liam to sing. Big parts of the song Liam sing "ah ah ah ah ah". For what we've heard it's a great rock'n'roll song and maybe, who knows? single material? 当表演到 "Better Man" 的时候 Noel 介绍道，「花了 Liam 将近 30 年的时间 写出来的好歌，就是这一首。」据描述是首快节奏、强硬而有些平板的歌曲。 并不十分像典型的“绿洲”风格，可以说是注入了“新”的声音。 歌里并没有 solo 的部分，不过好听轻快的旋律非常适合 Liam 来诠释。 大致上来讲仍旧是首很棒的摇滚歌曲，极有可能会是新单曲的 b-side 素材 I've been in contact with several medias and officials during this week regarding the tour (an update will be available tomorrow!) and I usually ask about the album as well then, but no information is given.
