BOSTON (AP)—Star forward Carmelo Anthony(notes) has been scratched from the
Denver Nuggets game at Boston with inflammation in his right knee.
It's the first game that Anthony has missed this season.
这是Melo本季第一次缺席比赛，因为右膝挫伤，记得上季Melo也曾因为膝盖挫伤
休息两个星期
Denver had won seven in a row before losing to Charlotte on Tuesday night.
Nuggets coach George Karl will go for his 1,000th win in the NBA for the
second time, but he'll have to do it without Anthony, who is averaging 22.8
points and nearly eight rebounds per game.
这是Karl本季第二次挑战千胜，他将没有Melo单场22.8分8篮板的助阵
Rookie Gary Forbes(notes) was expected to start in his place Wednesday night.
