In this case: From Detroit's perspective, it's one trade. They send out Billups, McDyess and Samb ($18,574,567 out) and bring in Iverson ($20,840,625 in). The Traded Player Exception is used and Iverson's salary is within the 125% range of the outgoing salary, so it works from their end. No future trade exceptions are created. From Denver's perspective, it's 3 trades: The first trade is Cheikh Samb in ($711,517) for nothing out. This is possible because Samb makes minimum salary and the Minimum Player Salary Exception allows you to either sign a player for a minimum salary or trade for a minimum salary player without having to send out any salary yourself. The second trade is Antonio McDyess in ($6,813,050) for nothing out. Denver uses the $10 million trade exception from the Camby deal to bring in McDyess without having to send out any salary. And because McDyess makes less than the full value of the exception, Denver gets to keep the 'extra' part of the exception. In fact, the Camby exception still has a value of $3,186,950 after bringing McDyess, although it expires (as Hollinger says) in July. The third trade is Chauncey Billups in ($11,050,00) for Allen Iverson out ($20,840,625). That would put the team just $900,000 above the league's $70.5 million luxury tax threshold. 金块今年的薪资就会只略高於豪华税不到一百万，很可能再做一个小交易，今年就可 以避免缴交豪华税，节省了将近四千万，并得到以下阵容： PG - C.Billups /A.Carter /C.Atkins SG - J.R.Smith /D.Jones /S.Weems SF - C.Anthony /L.Kleiza /R.Balkman PF - K.Martin /J.Howard(McDyess 买断後会签回他) C - Nene /C.Andersen /C.Samb /S.Hunter 现在这样的阵容也许还无法争冠，但跟之前的阵容比起来也不会逊色太多。 如果这季打出新气象，金块明年 11 月前想要用此 TE 来补强，(这时肯定要缴豪华税) 可以找一些想要清薪资投入 2010 年自由市场的球队进行交易， TE 的时间延长了，可以操作的时间更充裕，所能追求的目标球员也变得更多。 (我不太懂这里的规则，好像是跟那些目标球员签约的日期有关，请专业的人回答看看) 记得之前 Camby 交易案时金块总管接受访问： #18VW-aRH (NBA) 金块队篮球事务副总裁沃肯坦（Mark Warkentien）认为，这麽做没什麽问题。他说： 「这不是在玩跳棋，这比较像西洋棋，不是那麽容易了解，你要等久一点，才可以看出 一些布局的结果。」 难道这就是金块所计画的吗？ 以上是看外国论坛球迷讨论的，我是不太清楚对不对，大家可以讨论讨论， 我自己看了是觉得挺有趣的...XD --
