DENVER (TICKER) -- The Denver Nuggets on Wednesday waived guard Anthony
Carter.
A journeyman, Carter played in just two games with the Nuggets after signing
with the team on April 12. He averaged 3.0 points, 5.5 assists and 1.5
rebounds in those contests.
The 6-2 Carter has spent parts of eight seasons with four different teams. He
again will be on the free-agent market thanks to Denver, which has no room in
its backcourt after having signed guard Chucky Atkins this summer.
