His daughter, Cierra Reign, was born prematurely in 2002, which helped him
mature as a man and as a father, teammates say.For instance, he tried to joke
with teammate Alonzo Mourning last season about Mourning's kidney problems, a
misunderstanding that nearly led to a fight. Martin felt badly, apologized
