3人八字上篮, 给球跑反方向, 是校队新的练球项目,
我看校队到现在对这一项还是搞不太清楚,
各位有没有很高兴? 有机会你们可以教校队跑8字上篮了,
我今天就在校队级队友面前讲讲此项目的跑位和技巧,
他只有猛点头的份,
真是爽......
ps.你们的练球份量虽少, 但还蛮有用的, 好好练啊!
