标题[问题] 还原後pcman变乱码

厂牌: MSI GL72 6QF
问题内容: 今天下午把电脑以保留个人资料选项，将系统还原回至原厂设定
还原、重装程式好了之後，发现我的pcman介面内容整个变乱码，还有一些小的不重要的免安装程式也是（滑鼠连点、竞时通的安装程式、还有我的一个txt档）
其他chrome mactype potplayer line倒是几乎没事
笔电没快速的ptt可以上好痛苦rrr
语系设定确认完应该没问题
请问我需要备份档案然後再全部还原一次吗 QQ
